Visitors from around the country and the world arrived into Arizona's beautiful and mysterious "Red Rock country" for the Sedona International Film Festival and Workshop. The festival begun Feb. 28, 2007, and ran through March 4. About 6,000 people attended. The internationally-respected event will included more than 125 independent films.

Although Arizona has been in the news for the recent actions by the state legislature and governor, the state also is known for its other alien visitors – and these are not from Mexico. Arizona is home to an interesting array of locations and incidents associated with leading-edge scientific developments and even highly unusual incidents.
